World Cup crowd targeted, say police A News and Images report July 12: At least 64 people have been killed in twin blasts at Kampala the capital of Uganda on Sunday evening. Another 65 people were injured by the blasts. An American was killed and another three Americans were injured there. Police said that the blasts went off at a rugby club and a restaurant as football fans watched the World Cup final.
