Dhaka,  Sept 5: The BDR Special Court-5 on Sunday gave the accused persons in the mutiny case to recruit their lawyers.  

The accused could discuss with their lawyers before and after the court sitting for 20-30 minutes.  

Dhaka sector commander colonel Aziz Ahmed informed this to reporters after the court hearing.

Dhaka, Sep 4: The Special BDR Court-5 on Saturday started taking statements from the 667 BDR jawans of the 24 Rifles Battalion. 

On the first day of the depositions at the border guards Peelkhana headquarters, plaintiff Subedar Matiur Rahman brought specific charges against 33 BDR jawans.
